I JUST PLACED AN ORDER WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Orders within India are shipped via Shiprocket courier partners, including Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, Shadowfax, etc.

  • Average transit time in India: 3 – 7 Business Days

  • Remote areas may take longer depending on courier service availability.

Please note: Natural disasters, holidays, strikes, or courier delays are out of our control. We always try to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes! Every order will have a tracking number. Once shipped, you will get a tracking link via SMS/Email.
You can also check your order status anytime by entering your order ID or AWB number on our Track Order page.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any penalty.

  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • To cancel, please email us at theroyalcollor@gmail.com with your Order ID and subject line “Cancel Order”.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have entered a wrong or incomplete address, contact us immediately at theroyalcollor@gmail.com within 24 hours.
Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We pack every order with care. However, if you receive a damaged product due to courier mishandling:

We will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
